vi·gnette n. A scene built on a small (often 8x8) base
The reference is to "Hermey" the elf from Rudolph the Red nosed reindeer who wants to be a dentist, and operates on the abominable snowman. :D
Okay, I'll bite, Bruce. Are you mixing your ESB with Rudolph?-- shane
Ah, the good old Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer. It took me only a moment to get it. I've watched that on TV every Christmas for the last 31 years (give or take).
clearly you're jonesing for the Rudolph Christmas Special!
I didn't get the Rudolph reference at all. I was more on the line of "operating in a cavity".
Well, as others have already noted, I've always thought the Wampa looked a lot like the Abominable Snowman from Rudolf.
