Star Wars contest

Wondering why there have been so many Star Wars vigs recently? So was I until I clicked on over to FBTB (The LEGO Star Wars Experience) and saw that they are hosting a Star Wars vignette contest. Follow that link for more details. You are challenged to recreate a scene from one of the SW movies in an 8x8 space. Not much time left, though, if you want to enter, so go there now. May the vig be with you.

Get in touch with your inner vig

Back in the early 90's, Shinya Fujita put together one of the coolest LEGO fan sites of all time. Before LEGO started the Star Wars license, he made LEGO Star Wars, a scene by scene reproduction of the Original Trilogy in brick form. Stop reading this and go there now. Back? Wasn't that awesome? Anyway, he has just made his first V-pod, Inner Vignette.

I would've gotten away with it if it weren't for those nosy vigs

Scooby Dooby Doo, where are you? You're in a series of Scooby Doo vigs by tzidik, including The Curse of the Shark Creature featuring Velma, The Unmasking of the Pumpkin Wizard by Fred, Daphne in The Graveyard Ghosts and Shag and Scoob in The Flying Pharoah

Luke, I am your great-great-great-great...great-great-grandfather

Nathan Cunningham reimagines the Star Wars series set in a medieval era Star Wars Goes Castle.

Expanded Universe, contracted footprint

Darth Zamma presents his first vig, a Star Wars EU scene featuring Master Ura and Darth Slade in the Battle of Polis Massa.

Hobbit, meet Radagast, Radagast, hobbit

Chad Ivany (aka Cyin) continues his Adventuring Hobbit series with The adventuring hobbit encounters Radagast The Brown in the Mirkwood.
