Dr. Hasn't a Clue

Not sure how I missed blogging this, as I've certainly seen the MOCs. Dr. Sinister has been posting a series called Doctor Hasn't a Clue based on a somewhat stupid time lord who's always getting himself into crazy predicaments and landing his Tardis in the wrong places.
