One of my favorite LEGO blogs, Klocki Lego dla dorosłych, is celebrating their 6-month anniversary by joining with a Polish sports blog, zczuba.pl, to sponsor a Sports building contest. One of the three categories asks you to create a 16x16 bignette of a sports scene. You've got a month to submit your entry; we'll be watching along and reporting on the action.

Golden C3PO raffle
LEGO is using gold plated C3PO minifigs in a number of promotions. In the US you can get one by buying a new Star Wars set, with the gold figures found in approximately 1 in 250 sets. In Europe, you can enter a raffle by building a vig to feature C3PO. All entries will be posted in this gallery. Unfortunately the names are not given, so I cannot give proper credit to all of the AFOLs who built these:

I've been waiting, for a girl like you
A few days ago I posted on the Lowlug Mini MOC Madness contest. This was won by Martin Jaspers' Delay, but I could not directly link to the picture. I asked Martin if he could post his MOC on Brickshelf and he was nice enough to do so, so here it is.

As Simon Jackson (Tzidik) describes Dimension Bley, "Two work men stumble across an alternate Dimension in an abandoned space Station, Where nothing is quite like it seems....."

Where's Walldo?
Eric Sophie presents Different sides of the same wall. As he writes, "Some walls divide us, some walls serve to unite us, yet they can close us in."
